Villa “La Bodega” is a spacious, modern and recently remodeled villa on the Urbanization Monte de los Almendros that accommodates up to 6 people with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, the white town of Salobreña, its castle and the mountains, being close to the beaches, nature, cultural attractions and services.

The house has 4 bedrooms, two of them with queensize beds and two with single beds, two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, a private pool, a large garden with several areas to relax and eat outdoors.

The master bedroom (queen size bed) and bathroom are located upstairs.

On the ground floor are the remaining three bedrooms (one queen size, two with single beds), a bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining room.

It is a 5-minute walk from the 25m long community pool, tennis court, football pitch, children’s playground and a kiosk.

It is a short drive or a longer walk to the town of La Caleta and Salobreña with beaches, restaurants, shops, health center, etc.

The house is not suitable for young children, as it has an open staircase.
