The Bancales Altos land has an area of 6,192 m2, of which 71 are used a warehouse and the rest is a medlar plantation in full production. It has a tank with a capacity of 260,000 litres.
The Pecho Vinagre land has an area of 6,762 m2 of medlar trees in full production and a tank with a capacity of 420,000 litres.
